Caroline Nixon

Caroline’s primary focus is brokerage, operational, and administrative support, and property management. In this role, she is responsible for coordination of all marketing efforts, transaction management, and research related to the brokerage firm and the investment arm, Terminus Allied Capital.

Caroline grew up in Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in International Studies with a focus in Global Resources and Environmental Studies, and double minor in Spanish and Anthropology. Prior to joining Terminus in 2017, she worked in the animal welfare and veterinary field for many years. Caroline lives in East Cobb with her three scruffy rescue dogs and two rescue cats.
