Taylor has been active in commercial real estate for over 18  years. He founded  Terminus Commercial Real Estate Partners over a decade ago to focus on local projects that would make an impact in rapidly growing areas in Atlanta. Taylor is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of brokerage and investments. He is specifically focused on sourcing and executing on new investment and development opportunities for the firm. 

Taylor has been involved in numerous redevelopments from historic neighborhood retail centers to low coverage industrial outdoor storage. 


Recently, Taylor won the Alvin B. Cates Award for deal of the Year by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors for his role in a 61 parcel assemblage. In addition, he has been  involved with over $100 million in sales and leases over the past 5 years and developed and invested in real estate projects that are in excess of  $50 million. 

Taylor and his wife, Bethany, have two children, Holland and Meyer. They reside in Brookhaven with their dog, Ruby, and four chickens. Taylor is active in the community serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Ahavath Achim Synagogue.
